It's been ten years since personal trainer Katy Davidson graced the Mike and Tony studio. It was great to catch up and we covered a long list of topics including, duck liver, nutrition, heart rate training zones, sleep, breast implants, Katy's experience with Breast Implant Syndrome, and much much more. Jose Francisco Espinoza was born in Managua, Nicaragua, but has been raised in Colorado in a Catholic upbringing his whole life. He is a single 32 year old PNBA professional 100% drug free natural body builder who also spends his time doing outdoor activities that include snowboarding and soccer. Not only is Jose athletic, but educated as well. He holds a BS in Finance and works in accounting and finance in higher education. Jose BLEEDS orange and blue, meaning that the Denver Broncos top his favorite teams list!
